What to Expect During Curbside Service
Our curbside service is no different than our other veterinary services. While you may think that you will miss out on getting all the information about your pet or being able to tell our staff exactly what you need or your concerns about your furry friend, none of that changes with our curbside service.
When you arrive, you will call up and explain your concerns, the purpose of the vet appointment, and what you want done. Once we have discussed everything, one of our compassionate staff members will come out to bring your pet inside. While you wait in your car, we will perform our regular, high-quality vet services. Throughout the appointment, we will maintain communication with you to let you know what we find, what is going on, and how your pet is doing. We will discuss anything that you need to know, give you options, and discuss any concerns further.
Once we have answered all of your questions and have finished your pet’s appointment, we will take your payment. Payments can be made over the phone or we can come out to your car and take your payment there. We will bring your pet back out to you and you can carry on with your day!
